Teen Therapy
Therapy is a collaborative space where teens can openly process challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, academic pressure, perfectionism, social anxiety, peer relationships, self-esteem, emotional overwhelm and family stress.
Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, behaviors and nervous system responses are connected while developing coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, healthier ways to manage stress and greater self-confidence.
The goal is not only to help teens navigate current challenges, but also to build the emotional resilience, self-awareness, communication skills and confidence that support long-term success in school, relationships and adulthood.
Therapy may be right for your Teenager if they are experiencing:
Overwhelming emotions that feel hard to manage
Forgetfulness, inability to focus or stay on task
Anger/aggression
Anxiety, worries, or persistent stress
Changes in mood, behavior or motivation
Difficulty with friendships, family relationships or school pressures
Challenges with self-esteem, identity or confidence
Trouble adjusting to life changes or transitions
