Teen Therapy

Therapy is a collaborative space where you can talk openly about challenges like school stress, friendships, family dynamics or self confidence. Together, we explore how your thoughts, feelings and actions connect in order to help you develop practical skills, take positive steps and feel more in control of your life. Therapy is supportive and nonjudgmental.

Therapy may be right for your Teenager if they are experiencing:
