Individual Therapy

Therapy focuses on understanding your life experiences, values, patterns and the unique ways your brain processes and responds to the world. We look at the story you have come to believe about yourself, where it started, how it developed and whether it is still serving you. This can be especially important for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges or feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed. Together, we explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop strategies to help you feel more connected, capable, confident and supported in your daily life and relationships.
