Wildflower & Sage Counseling
Hi! I’m Brianna.
I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), Qualified Supervisor for the state of Florida and I am the founder of Wildflower and Sage Counseling.
I offer virtual therapy to children, teens and adults in which I provide a gentle, supportive space to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships and grow at your own pace. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative and rooted in connection and attachment.
Together, we will create a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface and begin to understand the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions and relationships. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive, building insight, confidence and deeper connection along the way.
Support for
Children
Childhood is a time of big feelings and growing minds. I offer a gentle, playful and supportive space where children can explore emotions, build confidence and learn healthy ways to cope. Through play therapy, I help children feel safe, understood and supported as they grow.
Adults
Teenagers
Being a teenager can feel overwhelming, confusing and isolating at times. I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where teens can be themselves, process emotions and develop tools to manage stress, relationships and life transitions at their own pace.
Life’s challenges can leave you feeling stuck, anxious or disconnected from yourself. I work with adults to create a supportive and grounding space for healing, self discovery and growth. Together we’ll navigate life’s transitions and help you reconnect with your strengths and sense of balance.
Trauma
Trauma can affect anyone at any age, shaping how we feel, respond and connect. I offer a safe, gentle space to process difficult experiences, develop coping strategies and reclaim a sense of safety, confidence and control.
Parents
Parenting can be challenging, especially when navigating stress, behavior or family dynamics. I provide a supportive space where parents can build confidence, strengthen connection with their children and feel guided as they practice new skills at home.
A Safe Space for Every JourneY
Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and valued. I strive to create a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, identities and experiences, including all races, ethnicities, genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, neurodivergence, faiths and cultures. I aim to honor each person’s unique story, learn and grow alongside my clients and remain open to feedback so that therapy feels like a place where you truly belong.
